We start with a Rain Bird Controller which is designed to be user friendly. This controller is built at a very high level of quality and it is one of the simpler to understand. Because we care about water conservation we install a Rain Bird Rain Sensor in all of our projects. This device monitors rainfall levels and automatically overrides the controller to prevent unnecessary irrigation in rainy weather.

Of course we only install brass back flow prevention devices as opposed to the customary plastic units. But then we go the additional step by protecting the valve with an insulated backflow bag as a part of the standard install. We have had quite a few smirks sent our way in August but the lack of problems in December pays off in dividends!

Don’t like that black clean out cap sticking out in the middle of your yard? Neither do we! That is why we install a valve box that is surfaced mounted for all cleanouts. This focus on detail not only looks better it makes the cleanout process significantly more efficient. In addition we use Rain Bird electric valves, pressure regulators and filters. Once installed, you will have a water efficient system that will ensure your landscape is getting the proper amount of water on a scheduled time frame
